The whole experience wasn't stressful at all. The staff was amazing.. from checking in to prepping for the surgery they were friendly and helpful. Also, the building is very nice and they even have a little Bistro right there for those that are waiting. Thank you for making things so easy!

The staff is absolutely amazing! Bailey did a great IV, didn’t know she even had it in! Lauren was kind and sweet. My one issue was my night nurse Beatrice, she was a temp. Not very empathetic. The first moment I got the pre-op, Kathy was fabulous till I left perfection. I’d highly suggest.

Facility communicated well prior to the procedure and the check-in process the day of was smoothly and painless. Nurses were friendly, kind and attentive. They explained process and what to expect each step of the way. Also were kind to my wife .. offering a warm blanket to mitigate the cold temps in the facility as we waited our turn.

The team at Eminent treat their patients with dignity and care. The medical wings are clean and well-equipped. The waiting room is clean and spacious, with a nice small cafe. This helped keep my mind at ease knowing that my family had a comfortable place to wait for me while also having something to eat.

Our center features three operating suites, along with a pharmacy, laboratory, emergency department, tranquil pre and post-operative areas, and five private relaxing patient rooms designed with your comfort in mind—right down to the 55” high-definition televisions placed in every room. Your family will also wait in comfort with our luxurious waiting areas, complete with complimentary beverages, free Wi-Fi, and 70” high-definition televisions.

By housing each of these different resources on one hospital campus, we can expedite your treatment and ensure that you receive the prompt attention that you just don’t find at some of the larger hospitals in the region.
